What homeowners come to us with
Water had penetrated improperly flashed builder-grade windows, rotting sill plates and sheathing along the front elevation. The exterior looked dated and curb appeal lacked character.
How we build it
We removed all old siding, replaced damaged sheathing, and installed taped HydroGap rainscreen weather-resistive barrier. Custom-framed a heavy cedar timber front portico with curved braces and wrapped the lower foundation in cultured dry-stack stone.
What you end up with
A completely weather-tight home with standout curb appeal, deep shadow lines from vertical board-and-batten profiles, and a welcoming artisan timber entry.
