For projects that require municipal permits—such as structural renovations, additions, decks, and egress doors—we handle or assist with permit applications and coordinate inspections directly with local building departments in Colden, East Aurora, Orchard Park, Hamburg, and across Erie County.

Work is divided into predictable milestones: a deposit to secure your spot on our schedule and order materials, progress payments as project milestones are completed, and the final payment only when the job is done and you have walked through the final results with John.
